Do buyers pay?
No. Buyer controls, saved posts and messages are free. Buyers should never pay to see fewer ads.
What if the AI does not know?
It says so and sends the question to the seller. It never invents an answer to keep a conversation going.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. The concierge is off by default and can be switched off at any time.
